Nordic Walking

Have been nordic walking w/ the esn people through the hood, saw the sibelius monument and the sea, the olympic stadion and some pictureframes. was very nice and some exercise finally although i got a sunburn again as it was quite sunny :)
afterwards been to the sea to watch the sunset in the middle of an industrial region - quite a special flair, i assure you ;)
